Amyand's hernia is a rare presentation accounting for about 1% of all inguinal hernias. It is usually a per-operative diagnosis, but may be picked up on preoperative ultrasound. Although rare, it is usually right-sided. We present here 3 cases of Amyand's hernia, out of which one was on left side.
